Ohrtway Sportsman's Specialties

The Ohrtway Sportsman's Specialties company was from Toronto,Ontario.They made the "Jiffy Bullseye Fish Hook Desanagger".Although to date I'm not certain they made fishing lures but they manufactured this gadget to retrieve them from the bottom.Come with two sizes and complete instructions.My guess this would be from the 1940's or 1950's.
